Alicia Sebastien is a Houston, Texas native who has prided herself on continued professional and personal growth. Therefore; this e-book was inspired after experiencing a layoff in August 2019 from the Oil & Gas sector and facing another job transition due to contractual changes in November 2022. After reflecting on these experiences; she decided to share practices in which were acquired and helpful in her obtaining her next opportunity.
